Introduction PawPalPro helps pet service operators manage vaccination records, consent forms, emergency contacts, and care notes. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). 2. What Information We Collect Operator details: name, email, phone, business name, ABN, suburb, service type. Pet information: name, breed, DOB, sex, desexed status, microchip number. Owner/pet parent information: name, email, phone, alternate contact. Vaccination records: vaccine type, dates, clinic, uploaded certificate images/PDFs. Consent forms: uploaded signed forms, consent type, dates. Emergency contacts: vet details, insurance, medical notes. Care notes and incident logs. Payment information: processed by Stripe — we do not store full credit card numbers. 3. How We Use Your Information We use your personal information to provide and operate the PawPalPro service, send expiry reminders, process subscription payments, improve the service, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud and abuse. We will never use your pet records or client data for any purpose other than operating the service. 4. Data Hosting & Security All data is stored on servers located in Australia (AWS ap-southeast-2). Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Row Level Security ensures operators can only access their own data. 5. Data Retention Your data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, this permanently and immediately removes your account, pets and associated records — this action cannot be undone, so we recommend requesting an export of anything you want to keep beforehand by contacting us. 6. Your Rights Under the Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and request a copy of your data. To exercise any right, contact admin@pawpalpro.com.au.
