Effective Date: 2026-08-12 Business: PawPalPro Pty Ltd Contact: admin@pawpalpro.com.au 1. Acceptance By using PawPalPro, you agree to these Terms of Service. 2. The Service PawPalPro provides a cloud-based platform for pet service operators to manage pet records, vaccination certificates, consent forms, emergency contacts, care notes, and expiry reminders. This is a business tool, not veterinary or legal advice. 3. Account Registration You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account security. 4. Subscription & Billing Plans: - Pet Owner: free for up to 4 pets - Solo Walker/Sitter: $5/month - Trainer: $12/month - Groomer/Boarder: $29/month 14-day free trial, no payment required. Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months unless required by Australian Consumer Law. Bookings between pet owners and service providers are agreements between those parties. Providers choose which payment arrangements they accept, including cash, bank transfer, Stripe card payment, or another agreed method. For card bookings processed through PawPalPro, Stripe routes the provider share to the provider's connected account and PawPalPro retains the disclosed platform fee. PawPalPro does not handle card details directly. For arrangements not processed through PawPalPro, PawPalPro does not hold funds or act as merchant of record. 5. Acceptable Use Use PawPalPro only for lawful purposes. Do not share credentials or attempt to reverse-engineer the service. 6. Data Ownership You own your data. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from pet owners before entering their information. 7. Owner Portal Pet owners can search listed providers, request bookings, and choose whether relevant pet details are shared. Shared records become available to a provider only after they accept the booking. Owners remain responsible for the accuracy of records and may cancel future access by cancelling the booking. 8. Reminders PawPalPro reminders are a convenience tool. You remain solely responsible for tracking all vaccination and consent deadlines. 9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, PawPalPro is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before a claim. 10. Governing Law These terms are governed by Queensland, Australia law. 11.
